I have always been a fan of SlimFast products, I would usually always use a powdered version of a milkshake to which you have to add milk and enjoy, but these little already premixed bottles are just amazing! The package has got 4 meal replacement shakes that are conveniently bottled and ready to be taken with you anywhere you go! Each bottle is 11 oz and has got an absolutely delicious strawberries and creme flavor that just tastes so good. I love the ease and convenience of the bottles, I can actually toss two of them in my bag each day and enjoy them at any time of the day. The shakes don't require to be refrigerated but if you prefer it to be chilled you can definitely put them in a refrigerator to chill for couple of hours and enjoy. This product does work indeed if you take it as you are supposed to. Only two meal replacement shakes a day that's all that you can have in order to loose weight, it gets hard at times, especially in the beginning for the first couple of days but it is realistic to do it. These shakes do control the hunger for up to 4 hours and have got an amazing amount of protein in each bottle - 20G, which is awesome! Also 5 grams of Fiber and 24 vitamins and minerals, as well as only 180 calories per one shake! I love the protein intake amount, as it is more than plenty enough for each day, 2 shakes totals 40 G of Protein - AMAZING! I love this product, I have been using it for years now from time to time, whenever I need to drop several pounds. It is delicious, creamy and has got a rich flavor, the premixed ready on -the- go bottles makes it even better and so much easier to use, no premixing with milk, no blending, it is already ready to go and ready to use. This shake is Lactose free and Gluten free. It is a meal replacement shake and is great for something when you don't have time or don't want to fix something. When I drank it, I was full for at least 3 hours or more and didn't have that emptiness when skipping a meal. There are 180 calories, 1 1/2 g saturated fat and 0 g trans fat. 1 carb for low carb diets. Loaded with vitamins and minerals and 20 g protein. This shake also has sucrulose and no aspertame. I had the strawberry and cream and it was very creamy. Adding a banana, a little ice and blending makes a very thick and creamy shake. Also great for the base for making smoothies. Very satisfied with the product and will be buying more.

I have been trying to lose weight for quite some time, so when I was given the chance to try this Slim Fast meal replacement shake, I jumped at the opportunity. First of all, it needs to be REALLY REALLY COLD. After leaving it in the refrigerator overnight, It still didn't taste cold, so I placed it in the freezer for 30 minutes. That made it cold enough. I thought the flavor was ok, but it didn't seem to have enough strawberry flavor. The second time I drank the bottle, I added some flash-frozen strawberries which we froze this past summer. That gave it the pop of taste that I wanted. I did leave me feeling full, but unfortunately, that feeling didn't last very long. I find that if I do half of the bottle, then wait an hour or so before drinking the rest, I am still consuming the same amount, but the full feeling lasts much longer. I would try this again along with other flavors that Slim Fast produces.
