This product actually helped improve my ability to sleep better and quicker. However, I took 4 of these capsules about 2 hours prior to going to bed. Otherwise, I don't it wouldn't have worked so well. Of course, everyone's body is different and thus s/he may react differently to Super Amino Night.

I have been taking the Super Amino Night every night for some time now. It has improved my sleep mostly but I do not take the recommended dose as I find just one tablet sufficient. It has Lysine in it and I have known for some time that Lysine improves sleep as well as B6. The capsules are easy to swallow.
