I trust Spring Valley products. I have used their supplements before and when I went looking for something to help with my joints I started there. I was super excited to see that their UC-II Clinical Strength tablets were an option for me to try for free this month. I have had neck surgery and have quite a lot of joint pain and difficulty moving my spine and back from a bad car accident a couple years ago. So far these little tablets seem to have been a big hit in conjunction with physical therapy, good diet, and my doctor's recommended exercises. Don't get me wrong I still have bad days, but I seem to have more mobility and better range of motion. I am able to stretch better with less pain while looking to my left and right. Each tablet is collagen with undernatured type II collagen. I love that it is an easy to swallow pill and has no shellfish. This is perfect alternative for those of us who are allergic to shellfish!

I received Spring Valley UC-ll Clinical Strength Tablets 40 mg 30 count from Walmart Spark review and started taking them as soon as I received sometimes its hard to tell if a product like this is working unless you take it for a couple of months. I seemed to receive some relieve on my joints after I started taking and would recommend that you take it longer to see any results.

These are collagen supplement tablets in a 40 mg. strength. I'm not sure I've been on them long enough to notice a difference but hopefully I will notice a difference in my joints soon.
