Great machine, smooth and quiet. I love that the handles move like your rowing. It works many muscles in the body. I live the app that comes with the machine to help keep you encouraged to work out. I like that i can adjust the settings. I enjoy my rowing machine.

The product is robust, not noisy. The arms move in a fashion that it actually makes rowing exercise feel like real experience. Although in the improvements side, I wish the the seat was even more padded, since half and hour of rowing or more can be tough.

This is a very well built rowing machine. The structural concept provides arms movement that mimic the real boat rowing It is also completely silent. Something that allows to listen to music and watch a movie while exercising. The only thing is you have to be careful in not using the plastic meter to support yourself in any way. Also mind that element when moving the machine to another place. Apart from that precaution, this is a very good value.

Assembly: packaging was good, included all the tools need. Written instructions where not good enough for someone with as little mechanical skill as me. The diagram where very good I went off them almost entirely. Took about half hour. Machine is very solid built the only thing that feels cheap is the foot pedal but that has caused no problem. Working out is very comfortable on this even though I'm short and fat. Although the seat is a bit small, so if you carry weight in the tush you might not fit.

I purchased this rowing machine after my gym closed. I also have a bum ankle which I plan to remedy with a Total Ankle Replacement in the next year or so. After reading all the reviews, I decided to purchase this rowing machine. I am older and I liked the fact that many of the reviewers were over 50 and some mentioned joint/bone problems. The other reviews are spot on...I assembled it myself and found it pretty easy to do. I have been using it every other day or so for a couple of weeks and I am pleased. It is quiet and I can watch a TV program while rowing. The only negative I have seen so far is the timer is not accurate which is not a deal breaker since I use my own heart monitor. For the price point, it is great and you can move it against the wall and out of the way. I have a personal trainer and he tried it and thought it was very effective. The four star rating is due to two factors: the inaccurate timer and I want to see how long it lasts with frequent use.
