I love hot chocolate don't get me wrong, Starbucks too. But this combination was a terrible disaster. Very bitter. With both milk and water. I would give it one star but the marshmallows were good. Would not buy this again.

The taste is great; just like getting it at Starbucks. The tin is quite small and only contains enough for 7 servings.
