I stinks - literally. Had to ventilate my apartment for two days. The brine is bitter to a degree and the company goes an extra mile to make sure it's hard to do a return. The cabbage has been almost ground to extremely small size which prevents draining the brine from the jar. Once I managed to do it (eventually) I realized why - beside being bitter the brine is almost 3/4 of the jar. Normally a jar of sauerkraut of this size has about 10 floz of brine and I normally drink it all. Needless to say that I'll never touch this again, or anything from that company.
Very bland, not well fermented. Ruined ine of our favorite recipes.
Not as salty as some brands. Crisp and delicious
