Step2 Coffee Time Play Kitchen Set with Toy Coffee Maker

we received this for my son's birthday. it was missing all the stickers and no guide as to how to put together. so we had to guess. also was missing most of the extra plastic pieces. we couldn't send back at this point as he opened it and was so excited at what we did get.

Assembly was super easy since I took the advice from older reviews that encouraged the use of a power drill. Took me (a person that is not crafty or handy) an hour to assemble. Most of that hour was spent double checking my interpretation of the instructions and trying to put the decals on perfectly. There are basically only 3 big parts to put together, which is way better than having a ton of flat boards to organize and connect. It is a great size for my space and looks high quality. My 17 month old seems to love it. She's tall enough to enjoy everything that is lower than the top shelf and "Keurig" (which is plenty- stove, fridge, oven, storage bins, dog nook). I am glad that the overall height ensures that she wont outgrow this too quickly. Be sure to order play food and maybe some dinnerware if you truly want to keep your kiddo busy. SN: my 17 month old keeps trying to eat the fake food. *deep sigh*

Thie kitchen is nice and sturdy exactly what I expected. It was easy to put together but it came with some screws and on the instructions it indicated where to put them but there wasn't any kind of holes to put them through so I connected it and haven't tried to put the screws in. I have placed against the wall and there no problem with it coming apart. So that's why I gave it a 4 because to hard to put in screws but otherwise I nice kitchen.

Arrived damaged and used. It had a dent on the side, and scratches, as well as the accessories had crayon streaks. It had clearly been returned by someone who'd used it for awhile, and then it was poorly packed for shipping, so the top was open and the side had a whole punched through it. Had to re-pack the large box and haul it to a Wal-Mart.
