Step2 My First Christmas Tree

I had been trying to get a ‘My First Christmas Tree' since the summer and was finally emailed once there were some back in stock. I grabbed one as soon as I got the notification. My son was 15 months this Christmas and loved his tree, the first time he said ‘star' he pointed to the star on top of this tree! He loved balancing the ornaments and I loved how easy it was to assemble/disassemble, put it back in the box it came in and into the attic it went until next Christmas! Highly recommend!

My almost 3 year old son loves his tree! I purchased in lieu of putting up a traditional tree to avoid his temptation to play with it and potentially getting hurt. The tree is safe for him to play with but still festive. Very happy with the purchase!

The My First Christmas Tree is a gift for a family member with three children under 4 years of age. We are hoping the kids will leave the big tree alone if they have one of their own. Won't give it to them until Nov. 1st, but wanted to go ahead and buy it because we heard they sell out fast.

This came in a battered box with no instructions. Star does not light up or play sounds…replaced batteries twice. Customer service will not help via email and was unreachable via phone, which was busy every time I called until today. When I got through the agent told me I was past the return window. This was meant for my kid to play with before Christmas, and since it never worked before then it was really disappointing. Do not buy. Piece of junk and terrible customer service.

My 9-month-old loved the tree, and would shake it to make the ornaments fall off. The star lights up and plays music whenever it is moved which was a big hit. One downside is that I wish it was easier to take apart. As a seasonal toy I was taking it apart to pack away with the Christmas decor and the tree does not separate from the base easily. I had to shave off a bit of the plastic with a box cutter to get them apart. If this design flaw was fixed it would be a perfect product!
