The nasal spray treats sinus pressure caused by hay fever and shrinks swollen nasal passages so you can breathe more freely. For adults and children over the age of six, dispense two to three sprays in each nostril, not more often than every 10 to 12 hours for relief from bothersome severe sinus congestion. Do not use for more than three days; use only as directed.
