Sunbeam Fleece Warming Throw, Acorn

I've been wanting on of these for awhile. Saw one today and it was marked down. YES!!! I bought it and couldn't wait to try it out. I plugged it in and wasn't really impressed with the temp. Put it on High and came back 15 minutes later and it wasn't working. I don't have pets or children so that wasn't an issue. I unplugged it and tried again. No luck. So it's going back tomorrow. I really wanted it to work.

I've had this for about a month now and am very pleased with this purchase. For someone who is almost always cold, this throw is perfect! It heats up quickly. Allows me to keep the house heater temperature setting lower than I used to, thus, saving on electricity bill. I'm not normally someone who will take the time to write a review; however, I felt the need to share my opinion for anyone looking for an inexpensive heated throw.

We ordered this for my Mom-in-law as a gift. She is always complaining about being cold but other blankets & quilts are too big to use in her chair in the livingroom while while she watches tv. She loved this solution and we were so happy to have found it for her. We ordered it from Walmart.com and it was delivered to the store for pick-up when promised & was available in time for christmas.

I purchased this blanket for my uncle for Christmas, who has severe arthritis, and he loves it. He says, that the excessive heat is the only options of controlling his arthritis without taking medications. Therefore, he gave the blanket a 5 star rating!

I bought 2 of these last year, couldn't find them in the stores again, had to order online. The new one doesn't get as hot as the other two did when they were new, probably because the new one sat on a shelf in a warehouse for a year before being shipped out to me. I still plan on buying these things next year for family gifts. The new one just takes a little longer to heat up & doesn't get as hot but it's still wonderful for watching TV or reading a book when it's chilly outside.
