After using it once it was wadded up and you could not straighten it out. Made of very cheap plastic . The fabric cover very cheap. Definitely not worth the price .

Most of the time it did not work at all. At first I tried various outlets in my home thinking that could be the problem but it wasnt. Also the covering was a very thin cotton, too large for the pad itself.I ended up going to a store and buying my own Sunbeam heating pad- which is working beautifully.

Extra long, light, 2hr auto shutoff, easy to fold over to get full heat, 4 heat settings Cover doesn't hv snaps But they are not necessary. Moist heat with sponge
