Taste awful! Thought this could be a good Nutella replacement but this stuff is very bitter as if there is no sugar in it at all. Very disappointing

I was hoping this would have a similar taste to a chocolate covered sunflower seed, unfortunately it has an odd alkaline taste. I wish it was more chocolaty. The texture is very runny and kinda slimy. I am storing it in the frig to keep its freshness but also hoping it firms up a bit.
