Swanson Coq10 with Tocotrienols 100 mg 60 Softgels

From the reading I've done, it seems that it's beneficial to take Tocotrienols with CoQ10. I've been doing that for years and think it might be helping my cognitive abilities. When I last ordered this Swanson brand of CoQ10 w/ Tocotrienols, I didn't realize that I was ordering the 100 mg size, instead of my usual 200 mg size. After initially being disappointed in the lower dosage, I've come to like the fact that I'm able to split up my ingestion of the CoQ10 and Tocotrienols throughout the day much better with this lower dosage. So now I'll be looking to continue buying this product in the 100 mg dosage.

I have been taking this Swanson version of CoQ10 for several years. I chose it because of the added tocotrienols. I have less energy if I don't take it.

It's hard to know for sure, but these Sgels feel right as supplements with hawthorn berries, for my well being. Conveniently packaged and not too pricey.
