We bought this for my grandson and came not talking.Christmas eve day we found the problem we called right away to manufacture they were rude and straight to point emailed me list of info that they needed and we sent immediately off.Been more than a week and my emails not answered and phone calls not returned.Never again will I buy from them. Also not well made cheap plastic. Love sams club and would of been better to return to them and not deal with the manufacture.

I am returning the train. My children love it however I spend 80% of the time fixing issues. The wheels are hard plastic and the track is hard plastic. It spins it's wheels and goes nowhere. The train hangs up at the figure eight crossover. Fun toy with too many issues. Factory indicated that lack of traction is a known issue and suggested that I put rubber bands on the wheels. No thank you!

This train worked great for the first time after the initial charge, however, it has not worked since. My child rode this train for approximately 1 week in April 2013 and it hasn't worked since. My son still tries to ride it and cries. I guess I should have invested in the Thomas train. Very Disappointed. I am waiting to see if I can get in touch with the manufacturer for a new battery.

My son is almost 11 months and he just LOVES this! Of course he cannot push the pedal by himself yet but we sit there and push it for him and he is a happy camper :) I would DEFINITELY recommend getting this if you have the space. It is in our living room so it's a little in the way but if the baby is happy, we are happy :) It was $99 well spent!

My 2 year-old son loves this train. He is in love with anything train and can't get enough of this one. The battery lasts much longer than the 45 minutes stated in the instruction book. It is always a hit on playdates and was even strong enough to handle an 11 year-old girl who had to try it out. My son loves that he can put toys on the car behind the engine and take them for a ride. This is a must have for train loving kids!
