Never have to wonder about its accuracy or replacing batteries.
The ability to mark past weight to see where you are progressing from, nice solid scale.
Good product. Have had no problems with it.
The Taylor Mechanical Analog Scale is the most accurate, and the nicest scale that I have ever had. Plenty of foot room to stand on, and large numbers that are very easy to read. It also has built in markers that you can slide over to your weight, and makes it easy to see each pound that you lose. The price is also very reasonable for scales of this quality.
We were always frustrated with digital, battery-powered scales, whose batteries were always out (it seems exactly when we needed to use the scale), and many scales' batteries were not even the standard off-the-shelf types. This unit should solve that problem. It's also large enough (I'm 6 feet tall) and appreciate the large foot-bed.
