TheraTears Sterilid Eyelid Cleanser, 1.62 fl oz

I bought this product with recommendation from my eye doctor. I tried it the the same I received it in the mail. I followed the directions on the box. After I finished washing my eyes they felt very good and relaxed. My eyelids and lashes felt very clean. I will use it again but only as I need to. They also make this product in gel form which I have not been able to find. I do recommend this product to other consumers.

My eyes have a problem gunking up overnight and if I rub them, it is like rubbing little crystals around my eyes. My doctor recommended SteriLid. and it does help some, but a little later in day they come back -- I guess I expected SteriLid to cure the problem!

I hoped this product would work better than washing with suds from dish soap. After one week, I haven't noticed any difference. I used it twice daily. There are no problems, such as burning: I rinse very well in warm water. I do expect to notice a good effect within the next week.

This foam works better than anything I have tried. My eyelids become inflamed easily and the SteriLid foam gently removes the dust and oil that gets into my eyelids and eyelashes, relieving the irritation. I have been using it for over two years, and I follow the instructions carefully.
