Think Products Thin Bar - Creamy Peanut Butter, 2.1 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These bars are great in a pinch…when you just need to get some protein and food in your body. They are 20g of protein but you may have to convince yourself they are something else to get them down. They look like a Reese's filling but it's much more chewy- taking a surprising about of chewing for something so soft. They taste slightly off not really chocolate or peanut butter but sort of reminiscent of those flavors. The taste also lingers for a really long time.

The packaging does its job in making them look amazing and preserves them well. I appreciate that they are gluten free and that the ingredients are good. The downfall is the taste. These look like they are going to be a chocolate peanut butter delicious treat. The taste is just not there. They are so bland. These will most likely never become a staple in my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who participates in weight watchers protein bars are always on my pantry shelf. I had not tried this brand before and was happy to receive a box to try in return for my honest review. When comparing to other brands, I would rate the taste as average to slightly above. They definitely will satisfy a peanut butter craving. I like that it has 20 grams of protein and 0 sugars. The downside for me is these bars are a high point value on weight watchers. The brands I normally buy are 4 or 5 points and this particular bar is 7. While I would buy to have on hand when I want something different and have points to spare, they were not impressive enough to take the place of my regular go to's as I would not use 7 points on a protein bar. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others who are not points conscious as they taste great and have a lot of protein.

Since these are a protein bar the consistency is grainy but not as bad as other protein products I have tried. You are getting a good amount of protein in each bar. I like that these bar don't have any added sugar. It tasted ok for a protein bar.
