Is there a way to get a replacement straw? The weighted straw disappeared and we cant seem to find a replacement anywhere. Otherwise amazing

I was recommended to this cup for no spills and it spills like crazy from the straw! As long as the baby doesn't tip it upside down it will not spill but I mean you're telling a baby to not throw their cup around? Not going to happen, it was a waste of $9.

Not that great of a cup for the price. It's hard to press the button to lift the lid and it does leak some.

My nine month old was in awe of this when she first saw it. She is used to her bottles for everything so this was new for both of us. She was able to handle it instantly, it was easy for her to grip each side. I really like how you press the button and the top flips open. She had fun using that feature too and I like how secure it is. She started with little sips to bigger ones in no time. It was a big step for her and I was so excited! There hasn't been any leakage even when it falls down or is tossed around. It's easy to take apart to clean and put back together. This sippy cup has been absolutely perfect for my baby girl and me! First impression after reading the manual: too many parts to take apart for cleaning My baby is a yr old and has been using sippy cups for some months now and when she first touched the straw I am honestly surprised that she knew how to use the straw, as if its an instinct. Initially, I couldnt understand the purpose of the weighted straw until I noticed that baby tilts the bottle here and there and the straw goes down to wherever water is so the flexible straw draws out the water wherever its mostly pooled. One thing I noticed tho is that there are times a pressure is built up inside the cup and upon releasing the flap/open, without sucking into the straw, water goes up the straw as if being siphoned, causing spills. Few times I had trouble recapping the bottle because the handle just doesnt clasp right so if the cap is screwed too lose or too tight, it spills. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
