I accidentally boarded the small bottles and wanted the large bottles play. I tried to get on your webpage but you would not accept my email address that I use for my first order. Product is ALWAYS great, but shipping was a HORRIBLE experience. They shipped 2 boxes. 1 was damaged during shipment & FedEx returned it to them. I emailed back & forth with customer service & was finally told they show my shipments were delivered...but if when you look at FedEx tracking details it shows delivered back to SENDER due to damaged. Weeks later I finally was able to TALK to customer service & they researched it & reshipped my 2nd box. I received it & 1 bottle was broken & had to start the process all over again! VERY FRUSTRATING! Obviously, they need a better way to pack & ship the glass bottles to avoid breakage before reaching the customer. Now, over a month later...I'm still waiting on my broken bottle to be reshipped. Much easier to just buy from a store. Customer Service has not offered anything to "make it up to me".
