Ok so really can you flavor anything without vanilla? This is so good in a Diet Coke or Pepsi zero. It makes them taste like cream soda. I am so impressed with this sugar free version. Torani sugar free syrups are a great way to sweeten coffee or espresso without added sugar - so good it is like dessert in a cup! I love the vanilla because it is great by itself and mixes well with other sugar free Torani options. For a special treat I use one tbs SF Vanilla with SF Salted Caramel or SF English Toffee!!!
