He came on time and completed the job to my satisfaction. This was the next day after I first contacted HeloTech. Nothing else matters. I didn't ask about a way to contact him because cellphones remove that need. He rang me to confirm when he was coming. So I automatically got his contact number.
Technician was friendly and worked uninterrupted until finished,. He did a good job and picked up when he was finished and put things back in place that had been moved. I was favorably impressed and glad to know about Hello Tech Service. We may need their help in the future. Who knows when something will break down???
My view will be somewhat skewed in that I'm rating the experience very high although I only needed HelloTech to pick up my TV and hang it on the wall bracket. That's it. I'd already mounted the wall bracket, and attached the bracket to the back of the TV and ran all the cables through the wall. Well, wait...They did connect the HDMI's to the TV and ensure it was working before leaving! The team was personable, professional, and I could tell Bobby is a AAA detail person just like me!! I think he was disappointed he could not find something to correct and he certainly came with enough tools to do whatever the job required! Really nice team. The scheduling was easy; the communications from scheduling to arriving kept me well informed.
Arash was very knowledgeable. Made the repair that will serve me in the future. Very efficient, on time and left work sight cleaner than when he started! Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing audio/visual, home security and wifi support.
John was fantastic. The TV did not have bolts for the mounting bracket. We had to review the literature and measure the mounting holes to determine the proper size. He redrilled the hole in the fireplace to adjust the mounting bracket for the larger tv and was very knowledgeable and organized. He had appropriate tools for the job and was persistent to be successful with this install. I would definitely use this service again.
