I buy this chicken all the time to make chicken cutlets. I trim all of the white parts (I guess the little bit of skin left) and veins out before I egg and bread it and Tyson tends to have a lot so sometimes it looks mangled when I'm finished trimming. Not every time though.

I'm a bone out type of girl! Chicken breast without the bone is my special preference I feel like I can eat without any interruptions or hard pieces in my mouth! Tyson has by far been the only brand that has always been fresh when I have bought it and it hasn't gone bad as fast as other brands do.

Nice chicken- good sized breast that are always cleaned well and ready to cook. I like to check out pinterest for new ways to cook chicken and love marinating it in buttermilk and then coating in a mix of parm cheese and italian bread crumbs before baking- yum.

Tyson usually has good deals on their chicken, and the least amount of recalls that I've seen. And it's the most prevalent brand in our area, I think. The skinless/boneless aspect makes them convenient to cook and eat, too. Tonight we're having cheesy chicken and rice with broccoli!
