[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to use compact tampons back when I was in high school and in college when I was trying to be more discrete about having my period. It has been quite a while since I've used a compact tampon because they tended to be too small and narrow for heavier flow days. I was sent Super+ size, and to my surprise, they were very absorbent! They expand quite a bit, so I didn't experience any leaks. These have changed my mind about compact tampons, I can see myself bringing these with me to sporting events, a night out where I might only carry a small purse or wristlet for the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I CANNOT EVEN MAKE IT TWO HOURS ON THE "SUPER PLUS" TAMPONS WITHOUT BLEEDING THROUGH! CONSTANTLY FEELS LIKE THEY ARE FALLING OUT. WAS THIS A WAY FOR YOUR COMPANY TO HAVE WOMEN BUY MORE PRODUCTS? BECAUSE HAVING TO WEAR A LINER OR PAD FOR A SUPER PLUS TAMPON OVER FLOW EVERY HOUR IS RIDICULOUS. THIS IS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE STOPPED BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS. STOP CHANGING THINGS.

Horrible, these do not hold as much as the kotex security. The applicator is shorter and doesn't always stay clicked out. These don't expand and the string is short. I have been using the kotex security tampons most of my life and I am so disappointed they discontinued them. Since then I can not find ones that work as well. With this new style I need to wear pads with the tampons because they always leak with in 15 minutes of changing. Doesn't seem to matter the absorbancy super, super plus, extra they all Leak. Absolutely worst product ever.

Kotex Super Plus tampons WERE undeniably the best tampons on the market. I don't know why or who made the decision to discontinue them, but it had nothing to do with the women who have been purchasing these tampons for 20 plus years. I know because I'm one of those women who depended on and valued and appreciated these tampons. My periods are heavy, they always have been. I've tried everything from every company. None of them could deal with my periods the way Kotex Super Plus tampons did. This new Super Plus Compact stuff is a joke! They're no different than the rest of the junk out there. Cheap, weak tampons made for little girls or light bleeders who bleed more from a paper cut than they do during menstruation. They can get away with buying 1 package of ultra thin pads to last them 6 months. They don't buy Kotex products in bulk the way heavy bleeders do! So why are you marketing to these women? Its us, heavy bleeders buying in abundance! We're the ones you need to keep satisfied because it's our money your company is profiting off of! So yeah, way to go, Kotex. You're a sellout!! Just another company who's forgotten all about the people who got you where you are.
