I had a hard time getting past the taste, even when I tried to conceal it. I could not get myself to drink them often enough to see if they helped with my supply.

These are actually pretty good. I didn't notice a huge difference from them but I'm trusting that it's doing what it's supposed to.

I was frantic to try to increase it somehow, and this lactation tea helped. It wasn't a overnight miracle, but it did help increase my milk supply slightly. And we all know as lactating moms, any little bit counts.
