I've been using vanity fair napkins for a number of years and loved them. However now you have made them thinner and less soft……in other words the quality has declined and many loyal customers are very disappointed in this decision by vanity fair. Many people would rather have a cost increase than a quality decrease!

Your Every Day Napkins have gotten much thinner - very disappointing. They used to be more comparable to your dinner napkins. I'm finding the store brand is much nicer than your Every Day which I have been purchasing for quite some time but no more. Quality has gone down.

I have used your everyday napkins for many years. Today they not only cost more, they are no longer 2 ply, as advertised on the package. This is total dishonesty. They are tissue thin. I will no longer buy them, and I will publicly spread the fraud in your advertising. Do your owners really think customers won't recognize the loss in quality?

Hello, we love these 2-ply napkins, but in the past couple of years, it seems the come “un-plyed”, too easily. I'm constantly opening up the napkin to a single-ply rather than the double, if that makes sense. Don't know if they are manufactured differently now than a few years ago or not.
