Good taste with the coconut flavor and it definitely did as advertised by giving you the energy to get your workout done. The bite itself was a bit chalky at times so be prepared with a glass of water as you use it. If you need a small pick me up it is worth a try for you.

Great product. Taste delicious and gave me the energy to get through a long day at work. I work in a fast pace environment where the ability to stop and eat a good meal lacks there of so having these little delicious espresso hazelnut bites got me through the day I can imagine what a life saver they would be after one of my half marathons or intense workout. I highly recommend them!!

these were so good! they were a wonderful option to have around the house for a snack. i loved the peanut butter banana flavor. i do wish that they had some more protein like other vega products, but as long as i've had enough protein from other sources, these are still a good snack choice. they're a fantastic source of healthy fats, so that's important. it's hard to stop eating them! the serving is 2 bites, but you'll definitely want more. the two bites are very filling though, so it's really all you need! highly recommend these!

This stuff is amazin. I had a few of these tiny bite size treats before a workout and I did not feel bloated or hungry. No weird aftertaste or that chalky taste like those protein bars. Hint of peanut butter and banana and that alone is a fantastic combo. I recommend these to those who seek the real plant based food ingredients.

Soy una chica que le gusta hacer bicicleta y termino muerta de cansancio. Le di una oportunidada a Estos bites los consumi antes de empezar mi rutina. por una parte me dio la sufiente energia para empezar mi work out y aguantar las 2 horas que hago al dia, pero definitivamente su sabor no fue el deseado para mi, tiene uno particular.. pero la verdad se que soy un tanto quisquillosa con los sabores en la comida, asi que no le doy importancia tanto a su sabor si no al contrario al nivel de energia que me dio para aguantar mi rutina pero un plus de este producto es que tiene 0g de azucar aderida.. ya que no consumo azucar en mi dieta.. Genial!!!
