I really like that it is non habit forming because I just need help sometimes not all the time. I really liked that it had melatonin in it. I felt that I was in control of my health and wellness. I did not feel groggy the next day, I followed the directions and took it at a reasonable time.

They smell very nice and fruity, and the coating on the outside is sweet. The effectiveness seems very consistent with other brands.

The taste is good and these are very easy to chew, no getting stuck to my teeth. I take two usually about an hour before I want to go to sleep. It definitely helps me fall asleep and even if I woke up during the night I do not seem to be as long as I used to prior to taking these, which is great. My problem is I feel a bit groggy when I wake up in the morning, which is not something I need or want to feel when getting the kids ready for school and starting my day of work. If it was not for that feeling I would definitely continue to use these.
