The power behind this machine is unexpectedly strong and will cool down your living space in a matter of mere minutes. The best part is how quiet the hum is compared to regular fans that sound like an airplane that's about to take off. With the magnetic remote ( yes I said magnetic) I never had to worry about misplacing it around the house. The sleek design fit perfectly in my living room and was not an eyesore. This fan came into my life and helped keep me cool during the high heat warnings of my state and I couldn't be more grateful. Vornado made a top notch fan that I will say is a must have for summer time heat, hot flashes, or anyone wanting a quick breeze.

I love that it's black, it looks classy and modern. It comes with a slim, tiny omnidirectional RF remote that takes up no space and can be kept on top of the fan magnetically. How cool is that?! It has five speeds, all of which work amazingly well. The lowest speed is a soft breeze. The highest is definitely effective for hot weather. It's powerful at a velocity of 1650 FPM. The air flow is great. It's quiet on every speed. I sometimes forget it's on if I'm using the lowest setting. It's that quiet. The fan has a light! Like, what?! It has 5 levels from bright to off and everything in between. The back and base of the fan glows the loveliest soft yellow. I use the light at night for bed. The light can also be used without the air flow on. The fan can be set stationary or it can be set to rotate at either a 90 degree or a 180 degree oscillation range. This is seriously the best fan I've ever owned. If all that isn't enough, it even comes with a 5 year warranty. I'm so thrilled with it. I recommend it 100%!
