Works great. Recognized by ring as soon as hooked up. Fully charged Stick Up Cam even on cloudy days. Couldn't use a gutter. mount Because of the type of gutter I have Used sheet metal screws to attach to the.top of the gutter using the regular mount. and oriented it to the South. Couldn't be better!
I purchased a three pack of solar panels for my RING spotlight and stick up cameras. I also purchased the gutter mounts. Worked like a charm. My cameras are usually between 98% to 100% charged depending on the activity. I'm so happy I don't have to replace the batteries.
Solar panels are a great option for permanent charging solution for the ring battery cams!
Comes nicely packaged with instructions. It was easy to install. All you have to do is install the mount(screws are included) and plug it into the camera. My Ring cam battery was down to 5% when I plugged the solar panel to it. It took about 2 days for the battery to be fully charged.
Super easy to install, plenty of wire, and brought my Ring security cameras back up to and maintaining full charge!!! Super happy with my purchase after a week, and I have no reason to believe they won't continue to keep working for a long time!
