I got this product and sprayed on my Southern Florida lawn in hopes that it would take care of a dollar weed outbreak. It worked to kill the dollar weed initially as shown in the pictures. Later on it also killed most of my grass. Not sure if the grass I had was a weed, but other weed killer did not kill it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Well I've been working my lawn like a work horse, and yes it has paid off. Only one mistake I sprayed my small rose bush partially with the Ortho Weed B Gon Weed Killer for Lawns Ready to Spray but only the portion I sprayed died but it still has life so be careful in your directional spray. This is the handiest way to kill spring weeds. If you are worried about seeds you put out don't the seed won't come up but killing weeds will allow the grass to thicken, It is worth more than the price it handy to hook up to the water hose but most of all it will help you start a Scotts yard. After a warm February, March started off cool. We finally got several days in a row that allowed me to spray for some troublesome weeds at the edge of my garden spot. Within a few hours, I was able to notice the leaves on the weeds already starting to wilt. A few days later the weeds had died down and were starting to break down. This is a good product. I have used this product previously without an issue. however, this year i applied a healthy coat of it and it KILLED THE LAWN AND LEFT THE WEEDS! My lawn is a hazy brown 5-7 days post application and the weeds as thumbing their nose at me.
