WeeSprout Double Zipper Reusable Food Pouches for Babies & Toddlers, Green, 5 fl oz

This product is a storage container for soft or mashed foods. It can be used for liquids or thickened foods. This is used by myself for my elderly Mother. It allows her to eat food and not have to spoon the food, Each bag has a threaded screw on top and a ribbed closure on the bottom and this is the way I fill it up. I find it hard to close cause the food gets in the ridges and it will sometimes leak out. The idea is nice and I have gotten better with the filling of the containers. This is an item which could easily be used for young children and keep the items they eat at a controlled intake with no additives. I put them on the top shelf of the dishwasher and they clean up well. I just rinse after use. This product allows you to use your own food and have the ability of the bag for them to eat from. A product to give home made food and not from a factory.

I ordered these to use for easy transport of homemade applesauce. It would give easy portability for homemade lunch items as well as for baby foods. It's good for those looking to save money and avoid the extra unhealthy ingredients in already packaged foods.

These Natures Little Squee÷ pouches are not something I would buy. Granted there are 6 reusable pouches that can be washed and reused and are even freezer safe, but for me I would be more likely to purchase iitems that are packed in small quanity and disposable. I would prefer to buy products larger than 5 oz. Even if this means a litte waste. For babies, most things come in small sizes and to just throw the package away when your done with the item to me seems less work that cleaning these pouches and reusing. Unfortunatly, this is not sn item I would buy.

The WeeSprout Reusable Food Pouch is quite an innovative idea! When I first opened the package I thought: "What is this?' However, as a 73-year old woman who carries a lot of stuff around -- guess this habit has something to do with "age" :) -- water is one of the things I MUST have in my bag at all times to use in an emergency should I have to take a pill for any of the number of health issues I have. Up until now, I had been carrying around a bottle of water which is heavy. This WeeSprout Reusable Food Pouch has met the need and reduced the weight I carry around daily. The pouch can be filled to 5 oz. which is just enough for a couple of good swallows or many sips to alleviate the "dry mouth" feeling from, in my case, caused regularly from side effects of medications. The pouch is dishwasher and freezer safe. Comes in a package of 6 bottles with caps and package of 6 caps can be purchase separately. The WeeSprout Reusable Food Pouch is super convenient for little kids because it is unbreakable, can be used to fill with smoothies, yogurt, purees, homemade baby food, etc. As little kids may lose the tops, these are also available for purchase. There's a space on the front to write the child's name and a window to see the contents. These can be pre-filled and kept in the fridge or freezer. Love the product and absolutely recommend them.

These bags are so cool! Especially if you are going to the park or on a picnic. Just put them in the freezer with the food inside and take them out just before you leave and then they stay cold for a really long time. I rather think you will appreciate the convenience of having cold food stay that way for quite awhile but have not tried it with hot food, yet.You will have to try that and let them, (Walmart), know how it works out or if it did.
