Weiman Spring Garden Scent Granite & Stone Disinfecting Wipes, 30 count, 6.1 oz

I was interested in getting this product because we have had so much success with several other Weiman "niche" products which fill a particular and unique need that few other products satisfy. Most specifically, my wife loves Weiman "Granite & Stone Cleaner & Polish" (spray) as well as the "Granite & Stone Daily Clean & Shine" (pump bottle). She also uses the Weiman "Stainless Steel Wipes" regularly. Although less of a "niche" product, we also use Weiman "Glass Cook Top Cleaner & Polish" (liquid), which is at least as good - if not better - than the other (and similar) glass cooktop cleaners we have tried. So when I ordered this product, I expected something a little different than what I got. Let me first explain that I got this as a part of a promotion in order to review it, and I think I might possibly have been sent the wrong Weiman product. The picture and description I viewed (and that I expected to try out) was for "Weiman Granite Cleaner Wipes - 30 count). But that did not quite match what I received, which was "Weiman Granite & Stone Disinfecting Wipes" (with no indication on the package as to how many wipes were inside, although it appears to be more than 30). And the package photo I saw is slightly different than the packaging of the product I received for review. In any event, I tried out the item I was sent, and so that is what I am reviewing here. If these are, in fact, two different products (and I don't know for sure that they are), then my apologies. But here goes... Unlike the majority of the other above-mentioned Weiman products we like, which are essentially "niche" products (i.e. are much needed to serve a specific unique purpose), these wipes appear to be essentially the same as (and work exactly like) any other disinfecting wipes on the market. They claim to kill 99.9% of germs & bacteria, and their size and appearance are nearly identical to other such products available at any grocery store (e.g. Clorox, Lysol, and store brand disinfecting wipes). These wipes are just as sturdy as the other name brands, are packaged in the same way, and they appear to serve the same purpose, with the same results. The directions clearly state that these are useable on a wide variety of surfaces (like most other disinfecting wipes), not just granite and stone. I see no difference. This means that for the shopper, price should really be the only determiner. So if you can get this item for a lower price than the others, it's a bargain. If it costs more, I'd go with one of the other name brands, if cheaper. And if it costs the same as the others, then it's a toss-up.

I am pleased with the Weiman Granite Cleaner Wipes - 30 Count. So far the seal on the container seems adequate as they have not dried up noticeably after the package was opened over a week ago. Also in the past I have just used regular brand name wipes on my granite – the same wipes I use for appliances, tables, counters, bathroom, etc. The packaging information includes the following: “When used according to the disinfection directions, Granite & Stone Disinfecting Wipes kill the following: Bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus (Staph), Salmonella enterica (Salmonella), Escherichia coli O157:H7 (E. coli O157:H7), Streptococcus pyogenes (Strep) Viruses: Influenza A Virus H1N1, Human Coronavirus, Respiratory Syncytial (RSV)”. It gives me comfort that they specifically state from their testing that these wipes kill germs, bacteria and viruses including Coronavirus. These wipes work well on glass, stainless, floors, sinks and other areas but their ability to disinfect sealed stone surfaces is a great positive anytime but especially during this pandemic. I recommend these wipes to supplement others that you may use in your cleaning. These seem to be applicable to most any surface so you could easily use them exclusively for all of your disinfecting needs. I recommend these wipes!

Any cleaning product that claims to be antibacterial gives me some sense of protection from germs. I like that the container was free of liquid, unlike some container wipes that have liquid residue. I used it on my black appliances, kitchen sink, as well as the kitchen counter and it left smudge stains which I had to wipe repeatedly. The scent is very light and I'm not sure what it's suppose to smell like. But, it reminds me of lawn grass after it rains. The product is okay, but not anything I would recommend.

I just received these granite cleaner wipes. I found them to be great as they clean my counters and make them look great. I was one that would always just use a sponge with dish liquid on it. I would always get a film left on the granite that I would have to buff of with a clean cloth. with these fabulous wipes I can just clean the counter with themand sit back and watch them shine.it is also great that they kill bacteria at the same time. now that we are seeing the results from these wipes , we will be adding them on our shopping list for a long time.

These wipes are perfectly sized to cover an adult hand, and have great strength and scent too! The wipes easily cleaned the granite in our bar, removing sticky residue leaving a nice glossy shine. The wipes are highly recommended to properly clean your granite, as well as sanitize!
