Westcott 8" Non-Stick Straight All-Purpose Scissors, High School Level

Love the titanium coated scissors they do hold an edge longer, the drawback is that if you sharpen them then they become regular scissors again. Can't complain about these though. The adjustable tension is interesting and is a new fearute to me. Don't know if I will find it to be beneficial. The non-stick aspect is super nice if you are cutting tape with the scissors or anything with a sticky surface, no hard to remove goop stuck on your scissor blades!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually I prefer shorter scissors with a smaller handle due to my smaller hands and grip, but the blades of the scissors are a bit too short and actually cause more fatigue on my hands that it is worth. The glide feature does make up for it as you can easily cut long, straight cuts such as wrapping paper.

I adjusted the tension to see if it really made a difference. It did! The thumb cushion makes it very comfortable to cut any thickness of fabric. The 8" length of the blade is perfect. Not to heavy.
