[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it so far!! Much bigger than my previous model. Has an outside freezer door ice and water dispenser. Ice maker is located on the inner freezer door so you don't lose freezer storage space. That's a big plus! Large inside refrigerator door storage shelves allow for gallon milk and juice container storage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed at the level of sound that occasionally occurs. I called a maintenance, he said that it was just normal, that the quieter ones were made by LG. I just don't like an LG. I prefer the water dispenser and display set up a whirlpool. I just don't like the sound it makes. It's definitely way too loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I am happy with this refrigerator. I have had some problems with the ice dispenser. Sometimes Ice cubes get stuck in the dispenser and melt which can cause a puddle on the floor. Also it seems there is a lot of ice chips that come out.

I have had this product for several years now and have become a Pro at deicing the Ice Maker!!! It freezes up just about once if not twice a month. The design of the ice maker needs to be rethought!!! As a matter of fact I am on this website today to see if I can buy a replacement ice maker as mine is now broken. It does not dispense water or drop ice. It got stuck once when it was dropping ice and now I have a line hanging down and the small piece that holds styrofoam on the bottom of the ice tray was down in my ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compressor went out after 3 years. Fortunately, it was covered by the warranty. Good part is that the refrigerator was replaced with a new one. The bad part was that it took 7 months to get it replaced. I didn't have a refrigerator for 7 months. I was forced to buy a new refrigerator for my house.
