The features are fantastic — I can easily switch between using the agitator for a deep clean or removing it for larger or more delicate loads. It's simple to use, runs quietly, and gets clothes perfectly clean every time. The washer has great capacity and the different wash settings make it super convenient for any type of laundry. Overall, it works perfectly and makes doing laundry so much easier. Highly recommend this model!

This morning I'm very disturbed as I've only had it for two weeks and I selected the cycle entitled “drain and spin “and it has filled up this drum with water for one blanket and it is not spinning. I selected this because after the initial wash cycle, the blanket was sopping wet and I needed an additional spin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been only one week but the washer has performed wonderfully. Clothes have been well cleaned. The removable agitator feature was used to wash a large comforter and worked well. Love all of the features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to wash my clothes just fine. But I have a serious problem with the lid not staying in place at less than fully open at a 90 degree angle. I have cupboards above the machine that don't allow me to fully open the very large lid---many people have shelves that also prevent this. The solution would be to have some mechanism to prop up the lid without fully opening it, or reduce the size of the lid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolute Garbage that I want taken out of my house! Lasted about 2 weeks and water valve stopped working. Then had to wait another week or so for a tech to come with nothing to repair the thing and tell me that the parts another week or 2 out. Was able to play around with it and get it to work since being stupidly inconvenient with a washer that was just purchased. Now after about another 2 to 3 weeks no part has come showed up to the door and washer is down still.
