(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Easy to use and great features. I am able to add more water, and love that it has a large capacity tub and an agitator! It gets my clothes clean and don't have to deal with soap scum or streaks on dark clothes. Would be a five star but it is noisy.

Hi check this picture out. It was my third time to use and machine was shaking and moved this much itself. It was right beside of my dryer. Its brand new I got it last week and I cant move it back by myself and I have all wet clothes inside I'm afraid to start it back again. Please don't buy this. I'm going to contact them to get a refund.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Just used it 3 times so far....got an error code. No info in owners manual or on WHR website. Also is quite noisy...inspite of having it on half inch rubber bumpers. Canadian website is useless in identifying Model numbers. Called the tech support.....did not have a clue on how to fix the problem.He hung up on me me before resolving issue. I have all WHR appliances....waited for 6 weeks to get this washer.If I have another problem with it.....will RETURN it for sure.
