Wick Fowler's Famous Texas Style 2 Alarm Chili Kit, 3.3 oz

I purchased this seasoning and the seasoning had a best use date for march 2024. I opened the masa package and there were worms in that packet. More than one and they had made a web or moldy consistency within the packaging. I also took a video so you can see them living.

Absolutely love this mix but my negative review is for the fact that I ordered four of these… One came was a month expired, two of them expired in 10 days and the next one expired in a few months. These are dry goods. Their shelf life is pretty long so I'm pretty disappointed in what I received

I've used 2-Alarm chili for years because it's so easy %26 taste so good! All the spices r measured for me %26 I don't have to look up a chili recipe %26 see if I have enough of all the spices! It never fails %26 taste good every time. The price is very reasonable, considering how much spices cost! My favorite chili for beef, brisket, pork or turkey chili! I can't get a picture because we ate it all!!

This is my favorite chili mix because it doesn't lack in flavor and is super easy to make. I love that all the seasonings come in little prepackaged sealed bags so it really leaves the guess work out of making chili. Another thing I love about this mix is that it allows you to pick how hot or mild it will be by adding more or less of the red peper seasoning. You can also add the prepackaged masa if the chili has too much liquid. Overall this chili is by far my favorite chili I have ever made not only because it offers allot of flavor but because it is so easy to make and all you really need other then this mix is beef and tomato sauce.

The best pre-packaged chili kit money can buy! Have used it for years. Not sure why my local Walmart doesn't carry it. Ordered at walmart.com at a great price and fast shipping. Highly recommend.
