Bloomsz Nymphaea Water Plant Lily Fabiola, Root / Flower Bulb

Water Lily Fabiola will provide a delightful and colorful addition to any pond or water garden from the time the first bronze leaves appear. Five to seven bronze leaves emerge from each tuber and turn green as the plant ages, providing much-needed shade for aquatic life. Floating atop the leaves on the surface of the pond, Fabiola's globe-shaped flowers begin as a pale rose coloration that slowly deepens to a satiny pink. The unique blooms remain open from mid-morning until late afternoon and last several days. The plant itself will help supply oxygen to the water while assisting in minimizing algae blooms. It comes pre-planted in a weighted net bag to protect the tuber from being eaten by fish. Simply drop the plant in the desired place in the pond. Water Lily Fabiola is winter hardy, and once placed in the pond it will survive harsh winters as long as the tuber remains below the ice level of the pond. Dormancy will end when the water warms.
