Every pond or water garden needs a colorful feature at its edge, and the Bog Plant Ensata Blue fulfills this requirement. Ensata Blue is happiest when planted at the shallow end of a pond or water garden where the ground stays moist but the plant itself is not underwater. From June through August, flat, bright blue ruffled flowers up to eight inches in diameter are produced on sturdy stems containing 2-7 buds each. Easy to grow, these plants make excellent and striking additions to cut flower arrangements. Winter hardy, they attract both butterflies and birds to the edge of your pond or water garden. They're also deer resistant.
