You can use these steel frame canopy tents for both indoor and outdoor events such as a backyard canopy for outdoor events with friends and family or as vendor booths at trade shows, craft shows, fundraisers, and other similar places.West Coast Frame Tents are a special class of canopy tents, in that they do not require center poles for tent frame support, which provides optimal space inside of the structure for more guests and equipment with fewer obstacles in the way. West Coast Frame Tents are part of an expandable system, which means that as your need for accommodating larger groups of people increases, you won't need to purchase a whole new tent. Instead, you can simply purchase the pieces necessary to expand the tent frame and the top panels, saving you money over the long term.Weekender West Coast Frame Tents from Party Tents Direct feature a sturdy 1.5" diameter galvanized steel frame and fittings, with the steel fittings manufactured from 1.25" schedule 40 steel pipe and finished with a zinc plating that resists rusting and oxidation.The tent top is made from translucent polyethylene material that is resistant to water and 90% of UV light. The water resistant tent top features 1" heat-sealed overlaping seams, and bungee ball ties for securing the top to the tent frame. There are also replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with polyester webbing to allow for the addition of sidewalls (sold separately). The installer is responsible for anticipating weather severity for proper setup time and installation. We do not recommend leaving our event tents set up in windy or adverse weather conditions. Do not allow water or snow to "pond" or "pool" on your tent top, as this weight can destroy the tent fabric, cause poles/base plates to sink into the ground, reduce the holding power of the stakes, or collapse the tent. Heavy winds can loosen the tension on ropes, ratchet straps, stakes or cause poles to shift or sink. Routine maintenance checks are required to maintain proper tension at all times. In the event of lightning, evacuate the tent immediately until the chance of lighting is no longer present. Event tents are not designed to carry ANY type of load from snow accumulation.
