Key Features and Benefits: Game modes ARKANOID is a game with 140 rounds and a range of enhanced game modes to enjoy. The game modes include CLEAR GAME, QUEST GAME and VS COM. Clear Game's rounds are arranged into "zones," with 5 rounds per zone.One round will be cleared after another. To clear the game, 7 zones (35 rounds) must be played through. There are 28 zones, meaning 140 rounds in total. There are story-telling riddles. The high scores you attain in CLEAR GAME mode can be registered in global rankings using the Nintendo WI-FI Connection. Points are awarded for rankings, and can be spent to customize the appearance of your game. In QUEST GAME mode, you can choose to play any of the rounds you've cleared in CLEAR GAME mode, but this time the conditions for each round will be different. Points will be earned when these devilish new require events are met. VS COM mode lets you train against a computer-controlled opponent. There are two ways to play: "DESTROY ALL," in which you complete to destroy all of the blocks first, and "DESTROY COLORS," in which you compete to destroy all of the blocks of a specific color first to make things even more interesting, you can use items to scupper your opponent. Rest assured, there's some serious fun to be had using items to thwart your opponents. Wi-Fi connection ARKANOID DS makes full use of the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. With it, 2 to 4 players can take on opponents from around the work. High scores can be registered in national rankings, allowing you to see where you stand in the grand scheme of things. Basic rules Your objective is to destroy the blocks. The round ends when every block has been destroyed.
