Stovetop - From Ambient **Conventional Method **2 cups of water **1 cup of Rice Rico® **Salt and oil to taste. **1. Bring water to a boil. **2. Add ingredients and bring them to a boil again. **3. Cover and cook in low heat. **4. After 15 minutes turn off and leave covered for 5 more minutes. **• The rice should not be uncovered during preparation time. **• The amount of water may vary depending on the taste of the person. **Microwave - From Ambient **1 1/4 cups of water **1 cup of Rice Rico® **Salt and oil to taste. **1. Put ingredients in a 2 quart pan for microwaves. **2. Cook on high for 5 minutes. **3. Next, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. **4. Let it rest covered for 5 minutes. **• The rice should not be uncovered during preparation time.
