Benchmark Tools 106611 6” Flexible Woodworking Ruler Black Chrome Finish 1/8th and 1/16th Grads Hardened Stainless Steel Every woodworker should own a few precision machinist rulers as they will improve the accuracy of his/her work. Traditionally, the most common graduation markings used by woodworkers are 4R, or 1/8ths and 1/16ths on one side and 1/32nds and 1/64ths on the reverse. Graduations are produced via a photoengraving process creating very consistent and accurate markings with uniform line widths. Once etched, graduations are white filled for maximal readability. Graduations are etched and not printed so will not wear off with prolonged use. Graduations conform to strict international EEC 1 Accuracy Standards, i.e. +/- 0.2mm at 20° C for 1000mm ruler. Markings feature quick-reading 1/8ths and 1/16ths on both sides. Rule is finished with a black chrome finish that provides scratch and corrosion resistance and maximizes readability by achieving a zero-glare, high-contrast, EZ read finish that enhances readability in both low and bright light conditions.
