CEO-TWO Laxative Suppositories are a combination of Sodium Bicarbonate and Potassium Bitartrate in a water-soluble Polyethylene Glycol base. The unique name comes from the CO2 gas that is produced within the rectal ampulla, which creates a reflex stimulation, resulting in an urge to defecate within 30 minutes. Since there is no chemical stimulation to the bowel, there is no cramping. No diarrhea is produced and a second urge to defecate is avoided.
