TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is a method of pain therapy that uses low-voltage electrical current for both acute and chronic pain relief. There are 4 programs. All differ in both time and intensity and are suitable for back pain relief. Each program lasts no more than 30 minutes. The intensity of the treatment can be set between levels 0 and 20. If the electrodes have no body contact, the intensity is automatically set to 0. An extension strap is also included if the belt is not adequate for your waistline. Waist size 30-55 inches (including extension strap).
