Do not use this procedure alone. Have someone help you. Things you will need are: hollow cylinders, protectant cloth, 1 bowl of water, all natural ear oil, 1 paper plate guard, 1 pair of scissors. Use common sense at all times. The process should take 12-15 minutes. 1. Make an opening in plate guard large enough for the hollow cylinder to fit. 2. Put the small end of the cylinder through the plate, making certain that the opening of the cylinder is not bent or pressed shut. 3. Light the cylinder holding your finger over small opening ensuring smoke comes from the bottom. Lie on your side. Put the small end of the cylinder firmly, but gently into the ear. 4. Cut ash every 1-1/2 inches and discard in container of water. Once cylinder has burned down to 3 inches above the plate guard, remove cylinder and extinguish. 5. Apply 1 to 2 drops oil to avoid dryness.
