Description: This floor heating manifold set is made up of 1 supply manifold, 1 return manifold, 4 flow meters, 4 temperature control valves, 8 adapters, 2 isolation ball valves, 1 automatic air vent valve with cap, 1 heavy duty mounting bracket and so on. A floor heating system manifold set can cover a large area depending on the branch. Our 4-brand floor heating manifold set can cover about 516~968 square foot (48~90㎡) floor. Features: Stainless steel floor heating manifold set with 4 outlets on the Supply Manifold and 4 drain valves on the Return Manifold. Ball valves allow for easy service and pressure testing. Features an automatic float type air vent for air elimination of the heating system. Also includes an air vent cap for pressure testing purposes. Manifold flow meters and flow valve allow to monitor and regulate the water flow through individual manifold branches. Both drain valve feature a G1/2 hose connection for convenient draining/filling of the system. Test the Manifold Set after Installation: 1. Open the inlet and outlet water ball valve, then detach the red cover of water flow meter and turn on the valve. 2. Float type air vent with cap is used to automatically purge the air out of the manifold heating system. 3. Test and check the heanting system. The testing duration is 24 hours and the pressure should be remained 1.0~1.2Mpa. 4. When testing, find out whether there is water leaking or dropping at connetions or joints. If find some problems, please turn off the inlet and outlet ball valves, repair the tube and test it again. 5. After the test, you can rest assure to use it. And please adjust the pressure to the normal condition and please note that the maximum pressure should be controlled no more than 1.2Mpa.
