A side benefit is that they also have magnesium, which is another vitamin I usually take, so I get the benefit of both. I highly recommend them.

This is my first time trying these and I can really say that they are worth it. I have RA [Rhematoid Arthritis] and I have been having problems with my back for awhile now and after starting these vitamins my back has been feeling better and this was the only thing that I changed up so I know that it was these that help. I will purchase another bottle when I run out and I highly recommend these to people. I've heard they help multiple things as well.
