With 13 grams of protein, it's a great way to add more protein into your day without having to have an actual meal. Be careful if you are on a low sugar diet because the sugar content is not low, but it's needed to have great flavor I guess. You could probably get away with using half a packet. I'm sure the flavor won't be lacking. It's worth a try, especially as a pre / post workout protein packed drink.

The packaging is convenient as each one is packed in an individual pouch so they are great for travel.

It feels me up fast so I can skik breakfast and not have to worry about bloating as much on busy days. The packaging is super cute and noticeable sitting on a store shelf. I definitely prefer my old way of making a breakfest smoothie but this is a good alternative. My kids liked it and how quick it was. It definitely taste just like a strawberry milkshake.
