Within 2 (2) business days, you will receive an email with Plan details. If you do not receive this email, simply call 1-877-968-6391 with your order number to have it sent again. If you need to make a claim, call us 24/7/365 at 1-877-968-6391. Just have your order and Plan confirmation emails handy when you call. A small service fee applies to each claim: $29 for phones priced $150-199, $39 for phones $200-299 and $49 for phones over $300. Your phone is covered on your date of purchase. Important information: Products need to be purchased from either Walmart.com or a Walmart store. You can purchase a Care Plan for any eligible product up to 30 days after purchase, as long as you have the original Walmart product receipt.
